Fish Farm

The fish farm is not mechanized and so requires the use of intensive manpower with about 30,000 fingerlings stocked in various natural earth pounds. The fingerlings stay in the ponds between 3 & 4 months for maturity before they are sold off, that is, stocking twice a year.

Sheep & Goats

Sheep and goats are also present in our farm in a free range system. We have on sale sheep and goats, which can be slaughtered amongst friends or people. Relax at home while we slaughter, share, clean and deliver your order straight to your doorstep.

Frozen Chicken

The other interesting sub-unit is the Yoma frozen chicken. This process comes up after raising the broilers bird to consumable size, it is taken to the abattoir, slaughtered, dressed, packaged and stored in our cold room where it would be made available to customers.

White Rabbits

White Rabbits are also present in our farm in a free range system.

We have domesticated rabbit more commonly known as a pet rabbit, or pocket pet depending on its size. We have the male rabbits which are known as buck, and the female which are known as doe, and the young rabbit known as kit, or kitten.

When it comes to pet rabbits, the New Zealand rabbit, sometimes called the New Zealand white rabbit, is an understandable favorite. These large white rabbits make great pets, and they’re also popular as show rabbits. They’re friendly, smart and affectionate–what more could you want in a pet rabbit? We have a sizeable number of them.

It’s both succulent and flavoursome, and the meat combines both healthy eating and good flavours.

With its qualities of tastiness and good nutrition, rabbit has everything to satisfy gourmets who are concerned about their health. It is especially recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers, for the young, the elderly and even sports enthusiasts…

Eating rabbit aids a varied and balanced diet. A balanced food,  providing  energy and fitness!

Lower in fat than many other meats, low in lipids (av. = 6g per 100g meat, notably the fillet and thigh joints).

A meat rich in quality proteins (around 21g per 100g) it is also lower in calories and sodium than the majority of other meats.

An excellent source of vitamins, minerals and trace elements: High in vitamins B3 and B12, phosphorus, potassium and selenium. It contributes to a good balance of vitamins and minerals for daily dietary requirements.

A meat with an excellent balance of fatty acids (rabbit is richer in omega 3 than chicken* or pork*. It has a moderate fat content (depending on the type of cut).

Our rabbits are fed with 100% vegetable and cereal origin feed, plus the vitamins and minerals within this feed are GM free (less than 0.9%). This, along with the other intrinsic assets of rabbit meat, assures you of quality and an optimal, secure product.
